William H. Pellett
Private, Co. K

William H. Pellett enlisted Aug. 30, 1862 at the age of 18. He received an injury to his first and second fingers of his right hand (middle finger amputated) by accidental discharge of a gun at Fairfax Stations, VA, January 4, 1863. He was detached as a Brigade teamster Oct. 24, 1863, and was present at final muster. When the regimental history was written he was residing in Baldwinsville, NY.

He died in 1928 and is buried at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Sand Springs, OK.
