William H. H. Crosier

William H. H. Crosier enlisted at Skaneateles, New York on
August 20, 1862 at the age of 18. He was wounded in the face slightly at
Lookout Mountain, Tennessee on November 24, 1863 and in the neck severely at
Peach Tree Creek, Georgia on July 20, 1864.
He served as Color Sergeant from about May 1, 1864 to July 20,
1864, at which time he was sent to the hospital for wounds and was discharged
May, 5, 1865.
He was awarded the Medal of
Honor for he actions at Peach Tree Creek.
